1. Jessica Chastain’s Mercer Street Apartment. The Oscar-winning actress listed her two-bedroom home for $1.8 million in late April after she decamped for a bigger place in midtown.

2. J Crew CEO Mickey Drexler’s Tribeca Pad. New to the market: Mickey Drexler’s $30 million Tribeca home, which he listed shortly after putting another home on the market in the neighborhood for $25 million.

3. Adam Levine’s SoHo Loft. The Maroon 5 singer and model wife Behati Prinsloo called this SoHo loft home until mid-April, when they listed it with Oxford for $5.5 million.
4. Gwenyth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s former family home. The famous un-couple originally listed their massive Tribeca residence for more than $14 million earlier this year, but the price has since dropped to $12.85 million.
