Here are a few celebrity homes for sale in New York City right now:
Jon Bon Jovi’s West Village Condo
Rocker Jon Bon Jovi recently listed his duplex condo in the West Village last week after only two years of calling it home. The lucky next owner can enjoy Bon Jovi’s Hudson River views, three bedrooms, and 1,500 square foot terrace for $12.95 million.
David Rockefeller’s Upper East Side Townhouse
Perhaps the original local celebrity, this Rockefeller family patriarch and notable philanthropist’s home went on the market after Rockefeller passed away earlier this year at 101. The 9,760 square foot home is located on E 65th St. between Lexington and 3rd Avenues, and features eight bedrooms, and more than 3,000 square feet of outdoor space. It’s currently for sale for $32.9 million.
Chris Rock’s Brooklyn Carriage House
Comedian Chris Rock’s first New York City home, a gorgeous carriage house in Cobble Hill purchased when Rock was a new star on Saturday Night Live, is currently listed for $3.85 million. The space, which was built in 1901, packs plenty of period architectural details and historic grandeur into its three bedrooms, two-and-a-half-bathrooms, and nearly 4,500 square feet. The property also features a backyard and private two-car garage.
